President Trump, First Lady, and Aide Test Positive for COVID-19

It has been reported in the last hour that President Trump and First Lady Melania Trump have both tested positive for COVID-19, and are in quarantine at the White House.

Hope Hicks, the President’s closest non-family aide, tested positive for the virus yesterday.

  • Didn't Trump tell us that Covid-19 was a "Democratic hoax" and that it would quickly disappear "like a miracle?"

And that his large campaign rallies were completely safe?

And that he did not need to wear a mask?

So what does he say now?

He has never admitted to being wrong about anything, of course. Will he finally man-up now?
  • Also Senators Lee and Tillis, former aide KellyAnne Conway, the President’s campaign manager Bill Slepian, and three journalists who work at the White House.

President has been hospitalized at Walter Reed hospital.
  • Also Chairwoman of the Republican National Committee Rhonna McDaniel. All may have been infected at White House event last Saturday.
  • Also more than 7 million Americans....including the more than 200,000 who have died so far.

    Thanks a lot, Liar-in-Chief.
  • Chris Christie, former Governor of New Jersey, and some-time advisor to the president, has announced that he has also tested positive for COVID-19.

Christie was also at the White House event one week ago today. The event was held to announce the nomination of Amy Coney Barrett as the next Supreme Court Justice.
  • Another US Senator, Ron Johnson, has announced that he has tested positive for COVID-19, and will be in quarantine for the next ten days to two weeks, unless the illness progresses.

In the past day, three Republican Senators have announced they are infected. Mike Lee (R-UT), Thom Tillis (R-NC), and Senator Johnson (R-WI). These announcements have called into question the ability of the Senate to conduct hearings and confirm Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court, at least before the election.

Currently, the Senate does not permit voting remotely. I am not certain, but I believe a change to the Senate Rules would be required to permit remote voting. If that is true, such a change would be strongly opposed by Democrats, and could not be voted on, at least for the immediate future, by those Senators affected with COVID-19.
  • I forgot to mention that the President of Notre Dame University, who was also at the Barrett event a week ago today, announced this week that he has tested positive for COVID-19.

At least 11 of the 12 people named in this thread attended the Barrett event. It is unclear whether Senator Johnson was also at the event.
  • SC, a lot of people are expected to get infected. It's a virus-caused diseases like other flu or cold. Given the different route the virus can infect people, I believe that there will be more people infected in the coming months and years--until a vaccine is found.

My prediction is that you and others living in the states will get it sooner or later. And when you do, I am not going to celebrate. I am just hoping that by the time you get infected, there will be some medicine to cure it 100%.

Don't celebrate others' fate for getting it. It's not a big deal. It's a disease; and it will come and go. It does not infect only people that you hate. It can also infect people that you love too.

Trump's infection was not caused by Democrats--for you to celebrate over. Trump got it because it was by a trusted assistant who was assumed to be negative. He should have continue to have all people who comes close to him to be tested before they come in contact. It did not happen. That's how it is.

Join me and others as we offer prayers of thanks for life; and prayers for the full and speedy recovery for those who are infected. I'll do the same when they report that you have gotten infected.
  • If you can find ANY celebration in the facts I posted in this thread, then point it out to me!

You see celebration where it does not exist. If you believe I have celebrated in any way in these posts, then point it out. Otherwise keep your misguided opinions to yourself!
  • Nicholas Luna, personal assistant to president Trump, has also tested positive for COVID-19.

The following is from the CNN.com website article:

Nicholas Luna, an assistant to the President, acts as one of his "body men," whose job is to accompany the President throughout the day and night, putting him in close proximity to Trump, who announced early Friday morning he and first lady Melania Trump had tested positive.

The duties of a body man range from handling a president's papers and speech texts to being ready with everything from briefing books to pens for autographs.

  • Facts alone are enough to make Trumpsters paranoid. They prefer to live in a fact-free universe where only their orange god matters.

  • It was reported this morning that Kayleigh McEnany, the White House Press Secretary, has been diagnosed with COVID-19. She is apparently asymptomatic.

It has also just been reported that two of McEnany's White House staffers have tested positive for COVID-19.

  • So far, there are at least 14 White House Trumpies with verified COVID-19. Some hoax, huh?
  • The count is now at least sixteen.

It has been reported today that one of the president's military aides, Jayna McCarron, has tested positive for COVID-19. So has his valet, also an enlisted man, whose name has not yet been reported.

The original source for this super-spreader infection is unknown, but it is reasonably clear that the last two were personally infected by the president. The first two reported White House infections were of Hope Hicks and the president. Where they got the disease has not been determined, or if it has been determined, it has not been disclosed.

What is clear is that the president cares less about the people who are in closest contact with him (his military aide and his valet) than he cares about his White House balcony photo op.
  • Who will now protect the Secret Service from their COVID-19 contagious and reckless Liar-in-Chief?
  • The Orange Baboon's favorite White Supremacist has also tested positive for COVID-19.

Stephen Miller, the Covid-Spreader-in-Chief's White House lackey and chief Nazi, is around the 20th victim of the Orange Baboon's COVID spreading campaign at the White House. You would think that the fact that Miller's wife had already contracted the disease would have made him more careful, but Miller is such a carefree Nazi, he must have assumed COVID only strikes one person per household.

Any bets on how long it will take to reach 30 victims of the Cult-Leader-in-Chief's infection campaign?

  • Liberals are not happy Trump will survive the socialist engineered virus.

    MAGA
  • Yes, bet all the money you have on Trump winning the election, Reaper.

(Since Trump claims the economy is so great, no doubt you are now a very rich man, right?)

And never mind the latest polls showing Trump even further behind Biden than he was last week. As the Liar-in-Chief tells you, all these polls are "fake." LOL
  • FM, its 2016 all over again. Its between who the worst. Biden is worst.
